Well, I'll make a more complete picture tutorial later. But first, "VRM Spring Bones" are setted in a game engine called "Unity". The thing you should do in VroidStudio is just export your model by choosing "Export as Vrm". I nearly started this, and it seems to be very complicated. When I go to "Look" in Vroid studio, the new one, I go to "Bones" but there is no vrm spring bone. I don't know what I should turn on and things, should I turn on the prevent excessive shaking during movement? I am sorry that I don't understand much, but I think I need more information and like 1 step, 2 step and more.

It can be setted by VRM Spring Bone, which can control bones' swing and collision(between bones), in Unity. You can refer to this tutorial or search "VRM Spring Bone" first: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpl_mqU8i7U This is the tutorial I refered to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5PvN3D5p8Ig?t=1268 If your vrm file is from VroidStudio, its VrmSpringBoneColliderGroup elements are be setted, and the first VrmSpringBone element in secondary is commonly Busts'. Add arms' and hands' colliders to it. (The bones having collider in vrm file from VroidStudio (10): "J_Bip_C_Spine", "J_Bip_C_UpperChest", "J_Bip_C_Neck", "J_Bip_C_Head", "J_Bip_L_UpperArm", "J_Bip_L_LowerArm", "J_Bip_L_Hand", "J_Bip_R_UpperArm", "J_Bip_R_LowerArm", "J_Bip_R_Hand")
