An FBI rookie and survivor of the New Oaks incident. He was first shown to be leading the group yet taking verbal hits by the survivors due to their self-centered minds, but shows to be easily discouraged to the point of abandoning the people he swore to protect, not even letting them in the upper room within a gun shop until they exterminate some of the SCA's monsters and soldiers, since he's also thinking about one survivor who doesn't judge him or put him down and has even shown kindness and determination to save others as a team. One of the survivors named Hyjax, one who tried to assert his dominance and pride turned humbled, reconciled with Milo unlike Haylee and has forged a bro bond with one another. Milo is a very bro-like figure and a determined guy with a very sensitive heart, and has a huge soft spot for things he sees adorable such as animals (normal). After surviving and escaping New Oaks, he joins the LDA, now working with both the FBI and the LDA.
