Description
Dr. Fleetz Laborador is a deranged scientist and one of Chi's insane foes. He is known to be judgmental, greedy, prideful, wrathful, insane, senile, goofy, comical, and unstable. Dr. Laborador was a scientist of technology, biology, and hybrid-making. He once worked with Umbrella, making abominations of nature and building dangerous weapons and mechs. However, his career as a scientist was eventually short-lived, after being fired from Umbrella because of his dangerous experiments towards the company. Because of this, Fleetz grew mad with rage and insanity, because he didn't get the money he deserves. Yep, Fleetz created abominations for the sake of money. Fleetz secretly conducted experiments behind the public's back and with no authorize license to do such things, eventually marking him as a mad man. Though Fleetz manages to make a powerful giant robot trashing the entire city, Chi Makita, in the form of Arachnid, managed to stop Fleetz in his tracks and Fleetz was entangled into a cocoon and arrested by PubSec. Currently, Fleetz vowed his vengeance and payback upon both Chi and the public, marking him as a foe of Chi.
