Description
A.K.A. Killer Lagomorph, Donnie Reils is a convicted serial killer with a sadistic background. He shows to have no remorse for his actions and doesn't have any emotions to take pleasure of or feel remorse. He just kills because he does. Donnie was busted by the FBPI during a shooting in SWAT Headquarters, injuring 7 people including Sgt. Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson and murdering 15 SWAT officers on training. Donnie was sent back into the asylum, grinning as he is escorted.
