As a survivalist, she wears this attire as of means to go to England and put an end to Scissorman. While her ex-best friends mock her for her attire saying that it doesn't suit her and Rebecca addressing that no man would be allured by her beauty in that attire, Tara makes it very clear that she's have had enough deaths and that it's time to take matters into her own hands, showing that she's becoming more matured while her ex-friends are still like little girls sucking on daddy's milk. A fact she makes it very clear to them and humiliates them. While Tara herself almost does the same, being spoiled, she's still an independent young person, wanting to do things on her own and actually manages to take care of herself. After Edwards demise by the Door hidden deep within the Burroughs Castle, Tara finally proves herself to being a compassionate and strong young female. In Nancy's story, Tara's situation is the same, but this time Nancy defeats Scissorman (Edward) and Tara orders up a construction unit to rescue the 7 remaining survivors.
