Equipped with a bow and a specialist for special needs people, he's the big bro of the group and does his best to save his friends and family. Tomar specializes in special needs people because in situations that are most dangerous is where the special needs person is placed, and needs comfort, help, and reliance on the person. He can be somewhat dull-minded and careless at times, as well as his clumsiness and panics that are more comical than his sense of humor.
