Iguru Makita is a morbidly, immobile student with Asperger Syndrome who is suffering from obesity and is the son of Xavier and Ruta Makita. He is known to be sensitive, sweet, gentle, kind-hearted, and loves kids. Iguru was a puppet of Adephagia, the Greek Goddess of Gluttony, and had used and manipulated him by making him the "Other Father" of Vetalini Sukota. He tried to secretly warn her about what will take place should she accept this false reality, and would be punished should he slip (a bad habit of his). He even managed to free himself from the clutches of Adephagia and, though struggled due to his fat body, managed to pull off the ghost eye disguised as a lever handle and gave it to her before sinking into the pond. Iguru would soon find himself by the hands of Chiroka, a sadistic orphanage manager who secretly conducted experiments on the orphans, and she forcefully fed Iguru as of means to see how much he eats despite the pain she's causing him. Iguru would project vomit, his stomach would growl and rumble in shear pain, and would form tears and weep loudly in pain and sorrow, feeling helpless. His life under Chiroka's care would swiftly and shortly come to an end when Cat Makita, Iguru's older brother, stole him back from her and took him home, where Iguru received proper care from his family. Iguru is a major character in Kai's adventures and is currently residing at the boys dorm at Hope's Peak High assigned as a special student.
