Wielders who abuse their powers through negativity. Some work for different bosses, but one similar fact is present: they are known to be the enemies of the Latrell Detective Agency. If their boss is defeated or quits, they too will cease. On the other hand, Allies and Neutrals can work to the LDA's favor but within reason. Allies will help aid the heroes, while Neutrals have both Allies and Enemies of the same coin but in different sides.

Advanced Lickers that are fused with El Chupacabra's DNA. They crawl on ceilings and walls, uses their long and extensive tongues to attack, cannot see but hear anyone running, and claws that can damage a lot when in groups. Improvements are their ability to use their proboscis tongues to suck up blood from their victims and, in worse case, suck up the fetus from a pregnant woman.
