Back to cryptid hunting and rescuing missions, Latrell was requested help by Ingrid Hunnigan and was given armor designed by the Commissioner, for new recruits. Latrell splitted his members into 6 groups of 4 due to a big party, becoming the head leader of Team CHINA. His laid-back and creepy nature is often questionable. Let alone the poses he makes. But he shows to be extremely sharp-minded and intelligent, as well as talented. He's also very compassionate and forgiving regardless of someone else's past misdeeds.
