The Neko-Kittens are the sons and daughters of Cat Makita and Kattee Sundrayi. They are known to be extremely bubbly, hyperactive, energetic, silly, a bit reckless, goofy, and comical. These are the caretakers of the special needs students and as replacement for the original caretakers, who caused harm towards them both physically and mentally and thus fueled Cat's anger. Despite their goofiness, they love the special needs a lot and create wonderful yet sometimes havoc-like activities to give to them. The Neko-Kittens are 3 years old and function like literal 8 year old's.

Nekosan Makita is part of the sibling group known as the Neko-Kittens and plays the role as Financer. He is known to be snarky, rude, blunt, sarcastic, and arrogant. Despite being the age of 3 like the rest of his siblings, Nekosan talks big. And with good reason. Nekosan, as Financer, plans out budgeting for fun activities such as the amusement park, planning out money properly such as expenses, and making logical reasonings of balancing prices towards his sellers. Despite his talents, Nekosan is known to be extremely rude and has a sassy attitude, even rubbing his snarky behavior towards the special needs students and even making them cry due to their feelings being hurt, which is why Nekosan earns so much respect from them. He only does this because of his own bit of comfort problems such as the SP students being noisy, drooling, or being plain old obnoxious. Nevertheless, he still loves them as if they were his own siblings.
