An Echolocator suited with battle armor and his bazooka, Blista is a member of the LDA assigned to Team OUTLANDS. Being mute, Blista is able to communicate using a keyboard projector. Blista is the most useful of the group thanks to his Echolocation abilities and wielding the most devastating weapon. He can be very shy and easily sensitive to the point of tears, as he doesn't want anyone to hate him and only wants to do what's right.
