Poor Leon just can't catch a break. Abusive family, to police rookie, to federal agent, to falsely accused criminal, to free of charges, to now becoming a drunk dude once again due to PTSD. Yet despite this, he never gives up his heart of gold and spirit to despair, willing to put himself aside and be in the front for others safety. He's also got a lot of patients and skills thanks to past experience, as well as charisma that can be both charming and admirable. However, he can also be a bit stubborn to grasp something, though Leon manages to mature a lot thanks to his experience and has grown quite sharp over the years. Leon plays as a father figure for Team OUTLANDS, but has a more stronger bond with Craig and Blista due to OUTLANDS splitting up into two groups to search for any survivors, and mainly uses a knife and a blaster pistol, which are custom made in order to battle against CHI Zombies and Spidercroc Agency Enemies.
