Robby Piston is a comic book store keeper/manager and the father of Raileo Maeki. He is known to be kind-hearted, very sensitive, sweet, and suffers from bipolar. Robby always places his heart on the things he love the most: God, family, and friends. But he is also very sensitive towards his feelings, and can take things to heart and even cry out of anxiety. He also has to take a lot of medication to keep his bipolar disorder at bay. Triston Bates, Valentina's father, is the sole reason why Robby left his son and daughter behind, because of the constant abuse and harassment Robby receives from his father-in-law. And it only got worse, as Triston would visit his small shop everyday just to demand money and child support, and would trash his place if none meets his standards. No one would visit his shop except for Chi, and the two would eventually forge a bond with each other that can never be broken thanks to Chi giving Robby a hand to clean up the aftermath Triston caused, and becoming one of Chi's supportive allies. Robby found his son Raileo in tears late at night and was shocked to hear that his own wife tried to kill him, and tearing up as the engagement ring he just bought now has no value anymore. And the next day, Triston, even more pissed, demanded that Raileo goes back home with his daughter Valentina, but Robby stood his ground and calmly said no, and embraced the stronger punch from Triston and fell to the ground. Fortunately, his son witnessed his grandfather's atrocities towards his own biological dad for far too long, and pummeled him to the ground and causing his grandfather to bleed and form bruises. When Triston was taken custody for assault, Robby, furious and fed up, made it extremely clear that Raileo has every right to visit his own dad, and doesn't have to listen to an abusive grandfather who is unstable and can't control his emotions properly, and then promptly left the interrogation room. Don't worry, the family was brought back together again thanks to Chi, as Kapros, intervening with Cliodhna, Valentina Bates, attempting to kill off all of her family bloodlines and getting herself locked up in a testing facility to keep her contained. Robby already forgives the damages Triston caused towards his family and biological family, and Triston himself began to start a new as he realized what a terrible person he is after looking through a family book that rarely shows any pictures taken, only showing the wedding pictures of Triston and his deceased wife Rebecca, and tearing up as he glimpses his past mistakes and days that never had any happy moments. Currently, Robby is living in a better home with his father-in-law, brother-in-law (who was there for Robby understanding how unbearable his situation is), his new wife, and son.
