Cubby Bowls is a special student at Hope's Peak High who is diagnosed with BTS. He is known to be cheerful, nonverbal, sensitive, and lacks understanding. Cubby loves to play with baby toys. His favorite is the baby rattle, which he carries with him everyday. He also sits on an automatic wheelchair, after his parents died in an accident and is thus orphaned at the school. Cubby, in his perspective, thinks that everywhere he goes everyone is always happy, and the thinking process always makes him smile. Unfortunately, Daythona Heathens, the Ultimate Singer, would affect him greatly because of her death and the fact that she made a schedule to build a gingerbread house with him including Nakashi Tunada, the Ultimate School President. During the Class Trial, Cubby would whine and complain when the evidence are pointing straight towards her direction, believing that Nakashi is innocent. Though not knowing what's going on, he doesn't like it whenever Kai points the evidence to her, and soon began to throw a tantrum as he thinks that Kai is hurting her feelings. However, he's the one who got his feelings hurt, when Nakashi, reaching her limits and getting backed into a corner, shouted angrily towards Cubby telling him to shut the f**k up while also calling him a piece of sh*t. This shocked and hurt Cubby, who always believed that the world is cheery, as his happy fantasy world began to crumble before his eyes to the real, ugly truth. Cubby could only lower his head in pure sadness and looked like he was ready to cry. When Nakashi was voted as the blackened and executed, Cubby was in silent mode until his automatic wheelchair escorted him out of the courtroom and journeying towards the severe special student dorm room, where in the hallways, Cubby breaks as he begins to have a meltdown of emotions, screaming, crying, attempting to free himself to no avail, and gripping his rattle tightly while his body moves non-stop, now witnessing another two of his loved ones dead. Fortunately, Kai and his cousin Yaquel invited him to their dorm room the next day to build an incredibly built gingerbread house with them, where Kai properly teaches Cubby about the basics and the importance of having clean hands and manners. Currently, Cubby is doing extremely well and is getting the love and support he needs thanks to the Neko-children (Cat Makita's offspring).
