His parents found out he had speed. Because his mom was a scientist and his dad was a superhero he was born with an ability. By the Riyoto was 8 he was a the primary track team and he was the fastest kid on the team. And the more he ran the more fast he got Riyoto couldn't any better. As time on Riyoto is now the fastest superhero in the city.
