Chloe Von Flügel
SPACE * GUMMIChloe is a young genius hacker from the wealthy and illustrious Von Flügel family though at first glance she may appear rather dead-pan and overly sarcastic in truth she is a sweetheart who just wants to make friends. Chloe didn’t have many friends growing up and spent most of her time sharpening her hacking skills by breaching the security walls of abandoned servers; it was within one of these servers that she encountered Stella and Koharu. As much as Chloe protested Stella managed to befriend her, a little while after their first meeting Chloe began to take an interest in Koharu’s existence as a rouge Avatar, to help the three of them be closer friends Chloe programmed a special app onto Stella’s Smartphone that allows Koharu to manifest in the real world.
