In tarot, the Queen of Cups, sometimes known as Queen of Water or Hearts, is a figure of compassion, caring, intuitive and in the flow.
This outfit is inspired by the Salish Sea. Upon her shoulders rests my vision of the mythical creatures that resides in that sea, the Cadborosaur or hiyitl'iik by the Manhousat people.
