A mischievous and narcissistic girl who specializes in creating illusions from her uniform's wings to trick her targets for assassinations. Before joining the OAS, she struggled with living in the streets of the city, having nothing and no one to care for her. She had to lie and deceive people to benefit herself and survive the cruel world. One fateful day, she deceived the Syndicate Leader, which made him furious, but interested in her abilities. He offered Miran a new home with care and she happily took the offer. Later on, she met other assassins that cared for her, which made her completely happy.
