Nemo is an outgoing girl, with not a lot of sense. She likes to help but often just ends up making the situation worse. After a time of trying to be a hero she simply decided that being a pest to the heros was more fun and rewarding in the long run.
She is physically weak but she doesn't let that slow her down, using her naturally gifted pipes to shout above the crowd, this one is hard to ignore. Turning public areas into fight clubs with the shout of a single phrase seems to be a particular joy of hers.
