She likes to cause trouble from time to time, for instance, she has to wear ultra heavy duty diapers due to a combination of factors. 1. She has severe bowel incontinence, and can't hold anything in. 2. She intentionally pushes to mess and wet herself. 3. She will intentionally push so hard that most adult diapers burst. Why?
