Higashira Finity, the substitute for EV, is an automaton from Amiya Manufactory. Before becoming an automaton, she was an assistance system created by Higashira Kazunori.

Fourth, users who violate the above rules will be blocked and fined more than US$10, depending on the severity of the violation.
