Cindy Looper is a member of the Miracle Investigation Council, Holy Curia's anti-Corruption Institution. Recently, she was officially ordained and promoted to Inquisitorial Priest, granting her the authority to independent perform sacred missions.
Her enhanced Counter abilities have evolved beyond a mere imitation of low-budget splatter films, reaching a new level. Her chainsaw now autonomously tracks targets, relentlessly pursuing them until complete judgement is delivered.
Given the conservative nature of Holy Curia, Cindy's ordination is considered highly unusual. Internally, many criticized her excessively violent methods, claiming they tarnished Holy Curia's image. However, considering her background, it is speculated that the promotion is a strategic move to prevent her dangerous abilities from falling into rival hands.
Cindy herself, however, appears indifferent to Holy Curia's internal politics. Her primary concern is ensuring the safety of Claudia Nelson, the person who once saved her life.
