Wielders who abuse their powers through negativity. Some work for different bosses, but one similar fact is present: they are known to be the enemies of the Latrell Detective Agency. If their boss is defeated or quits, they too will cease. On the other hand, Allies and Neutrals can work to the LDA's favor but within reason. Allies will help aid the heroes, while Neutrals have both Allies and Enemies of the same coin but in different sides.

Cognitions of Garzon's desire of wanting her sister to live incarnated into enemies against the LDA. The way Garzon thinks of his sister fits their personality, as they are notorious for encouraging Garzon to kill Razor for hurting their feelings as they mock him for his sensitive mind and naïve behavior. When Garzon finally lets go of the past as he reconciles with Razor, the cognitions began to cease, as if they never existed to begin with.
