Lore Time: She's a clone of "Andmea Zhan" which her task was to track down her with intent to capture for Andrea's creator [REDACTED] for some sensitive information about something that may relate to time travel or sum stuff that's highly classified.

But Andmea Zhan somehow convinced her to be her ally (crazy Charisma 10 btw) to betray her creator and she assassinated [REDACTED], but her creator sent another one of his creations to hunt her as a fail safe in-case he died or something goes catastrophic goes wrong on Andrea's mission.
