The Neko-Kittens are the sons and daughters of Cat Makita and Kattee Sundrayi. They are known to be extremely bubbly, hyperactive, energetic, silly, a bit reckless, goofy, and comical. These are the caretakers of the special needs students and as replacement for the original caretakers, who caused harm towards them both physically and mentally and thus fueled Cat's anger. Despite their goofiness, they love the special needs a lot and create wonderful yet sometimes havoc-like activities to give to them. The Neko-Kittens are 3 years old and function like literal 8 year old's.

Nekoaki Makita is the leader of the Neko-Kittens and the oldest among his siblings. He is known to be goofy, comical, adventurous, silly, cocky, energetic, and boastful. Nekoaki makes plans as to how they should make it more appropriate for those in the special needs daycare (Baby Toddler Syndrome, Severe Autism, Crying Chibi, Down Syndrome, etc.) along with his siblings. Unfortunately, his ideas often goes from weird to silly to completely dangerous and hurtful, often not thinking with common sense. Nekoaki is also very clumsy and often makes painful accidents towards the special needs students. Nevertheless, Nekoaki does his best to plan activities for them and give them the love and care they deserve, and showing his father Cat Makita, the Ultimate Headmaster, that he can be responsible despite Cat's reluctance.
