Ullrich Cobroch is a senior at Hope's Peak High, the older brother of Railo Cobroch, and the Pactbearer of Indulgence. He was known to be cocky, a big bully, abusive, stubborn, prideful, pushy, bossy, and hot-headed. Ullrich loved to torment Railo simply because he's a reject to both the family and society, and constantly robs gas stations all the while tormenting the workers who work there. He's also very spoiled and bossy around others and a humiliator too. When his father was sent to prison for the 16 murders and Railo getting a pass in the murder of his own mother thanks to a diagnosis, Ullrich was sent to juvenile detention where he was tormented by other prisoners who were either convicted of rape, robbery, and/or murder. Upon release, he was never the same. In fact, he gotten even more angry to the point that he doesn't know where to aim his anger towards. So he decides to take it out on anyone he comes across. However, every time he does so, he begins to have a mental breakdown because of the traumas of being abused, bruised, and even raped by male prisoners. Thus, he became a Pactbearer. The Pactbearer of Indulgence. He soon partners up with Railo and their sister Corrina Cobroch, Pactbearer of Gambling. Though he tries to act all tough and talking big, his traumatic past eventually ends up making him have a mental breakdown from time to time. Fortunately, Ullrich quickly became more selfless and even beginning to love his brother dearly as well as his other siblings. He reflects in his pasts and now wishes to be a better person. Though the trauma (PTSD) still lingers with him, he doesn't suffer alone, as his new and old friends are right there beside him to be there with him. He is currently doing well and is getting therapy and on medication to help his Bipolar (Manic) Disorder.
