@GemstoneNano for the most part I shaped it using the Cat Mouth + Cat Shaped Mouth on the Expression editor!
I set different values for each expressions so the mouth keeps a nice shape instead of doing it directly on the Mouth settings
I also chose a mouth texture that enhances the ":3" shape
