Teruya Otori is a student at Hope's Peak High, former student of Hope's Peak Academy, and is the Ultimate Merchant. He is known for his excellent stock of the best items and for his small structure. Teruya is childish, cheerful, and laid-back. Though despite his positive characteristics, he's also known to be sensitive should a desperate situation plays, making Teruya become short-fused due to despair. In Jurakan's Timeline, Cat, the Ultimate Headmaster of Hope's Peak High, awakened an unusual ability in Teruya's psyche, which consist Teruya spinning like a top spinner, with his ahoge acting as the balancing tip. While doing so, he can easily conjure up a twister. Teruya also found himself joining Cat's group of unnatural students with superhuman abilities.
