A newer character I designed. Her name’s Delilah, and I imagine her as a walking silhouette, no one knows what she really looks like, outside of her distinct green eyes.
I was partially inspired by The Void from the Marvel Comics.
She’s an umbrakinetic, which is how she can appear as a silhouette, but her primary power is hydrokinesis.
