Not at all the greatest work but i did my best lol I used the long coat base free asset to make this and just erased most of the front except for the shoulders and added/dew in a clasp hook, note this is better used if your avatar isn't moving there legs, and just standing otherwise the lower part of the cloak will move with there feet XD feel free to edit this however you please
