One of the characters for my story. One of the many black market sellers in the underworld of Gaia's Comet. She's the main seller that provides intel about the empire's data files to upcoming buyers, but at a high price. Before the Gaian Empire departed from her home world after the crisis, Valerie and her colleagues secretly boarded Gaia's Comet. From there, they began to gather intel about the empire's systems and data files of each soldier within it. Then they would send intel back to her home world so they can sell them. The empire knew there was someone within the Comet that was selling their data to others, giving her the name, "The Arbitrage."
