トグレミニアニ "パンドーラー" アタラクシア。
個別のMCシリーズを発生させる対終末衛星要塞の一つで、人類の手によって建造されたものとしては最後の対終末衛星要塞。
人類保護の観点において過激的であり、現状の仮初の平和を独断で作り出した存在。
人類の平和を脅かすリーヴスラシルズとはもちろん極めて敵対的だが、自分に賛同しない他の対終末衛星要塞とも仲が悪い。
同じ人類保護派の"AEGIS"が間に入ることで無用な軋轢は防がれている。
かの名前"tgrmnwn"は準魔法生成物（魔法物質）トグレミニアニから取られている。トグレミニアニは魔法エネルギーを効率的に取り出せるがRugtwfymmrと違い周囲の知性梯子を捩じれさせ不可逆的な恒常性破壊をもたらす形質を有しており、過去の第三次世界大戦の原因の一角を担った忌まわしき魔法物質である。
かの衛星要塞は先述の魔法事故を後世に伝える役割も担っているのだが、今現在の仮初の平和の現状上訪れる知生体は少ない。
