Mitsuru Tomo is a shy and soft boy that he often gets mistaken as a girl because of how he acts around people. Even his best friend, Ayumi Haruka thought that he was a girl at first during middle school. However, he can be mischievous and sneaky with his friends, especially with his best friend. He enrolls in an elite school with Haruka and acts as the Vice President in the Student Council.
Due to his height and appearance, he often stays close with Haruka for passive protection from danger and bullying even though Haruka is not one of the Student Council members.

Hello! This is Tomo's winter outfit! It is very simple and casual that fits his stature and personality well <3. However, he rarely goes out during winter because he dislikes and is sensitive to cold. His nose and ears gets red easily so he often gets teased for it.
