so a couple weeks ago i came up with an idea to make a spirit for dark link's weapon as the master sword had one
this is ghira the spirit of the dark master sword, she is mischievous and ever bored much like her master, dark link (i based her off of many things from my fairy i had in hyrule warriors definitive edition to ghirahim from skyward sword to even fi herself from skyward sword)
unlike fi ghira needs to subsist off of dark link's dark energy to "survive" if she doesn't she gets antsy
anyways ghira looks like this when she hasn't absorbed any dark energy and her hair turns black when she does (she doesn't actually need his dark energy to survive she's just greedy.)
Once upon a time an indeterminate but long time after demise was sealed with his blade into the master sword ghirahim was stuck inside the blade being changed over time, over time the sword of demise changed and morphed and ghirahim along with it, after long enough ghirahim forgot he was ghirahim and became a different being altogether, one who lacked their malice lacked their rage a fledgling sword spirit who was alone and had know idea who or what they were, This is how ghira was born, eventually the sword of demise took on the shape of the master sword and became the dark master sword and the two blades split apart from eachother via mitosis becoming forever linked in power, eventually ghira learned of the existence of her new master Dark Link, Dark Link at around 10 years old found the dark master sword and Ghira spoke to him through the blade, while ghira has no memory of being ghirahim she does have alot of his knowledge like information on dark magic and the demon world, making her the perfect foil to Fi.
