悪の組織『ラムダ団』の特務戦闘員、通称「ダムドトルーパー」です。遂行難易度が高い危険な任務に極めて稀に投入されるため、一般兵士の中ではトップクラスの戦闘力を誇ります。
製造経緯：1人の戦闘員が自身のアーマーを改造し、大好きな特撮に登場する主人公をモチーフに大総統Vainの意匠を盛り込んだコスプレをしたのがきっかけです。しかしながら当該戦闘員は戦線で味方を救うため自身が囮となり戦死。その勇気ある行動を称え当時の彼のアーマーを模した「ダムドトルーパー」が誕生しました。
