HunterRayder93Once a normal raccoon, Skrap was mutated by radioactive waste from a government laboratory into an intelligent, nimble-handed anthropomorphic being. With an unrestrained Punk Rock soul and uncommon cunning, he transformed his raccoon instincts into a unique talent: scavenging for spare parts in trash and building roaring engines where others see only junk.
Along with other mutated animals, he founded the ZOO BIKERS, becoming their official mechanic. Between the junkyard and the workshop, armed with a wrench, a flaming mohawk, and a quick wit, Skrap lives by one great rule: Stay Trashy and make a mess!
