Trickster, Deciever, Seer, Change Maker, Transfomer, Chaos Bringer, Evenescent Lord, Master of Snow and Ice, Nation Builder, Creator, The Horned God, Merciful One, Mask Breaker, Trecherous One, The Masked God.
One of the last of the Ancient Ones to be brought into existence by the Universe itself, he was born on an Icy, lifeless moon orbiting around a planet devistated by an inimical species. The very last survivors existed on a colony near where he was born and studied him. Having no objections he allowed it and learned from them in return what had happened to their species and their planet. When the last one died he knew what his purpose was and became the Universe's medium for a species to be given one last chance to be in Harmony... Or to choose to be incompatible.
Choose wisely in his presence.
Able to shapeshift he takes on the form of the species he is assessing as best he can to get an honest assessment of who they are and where they are at as a species. His epitaphs are numerous due to how frequently he is dealing with young species who do not understand his nature. Because of this he is not well-liked by Mortal beings because they do not understand what he is doing, nor why.
He is currently investigating Earth on Midnight's behalf and has taken an interest in Caleb and Thursday, whose violent approach to dealing with malicious people is one he approves of. She pleasantly surprised him on that one.
The Creator of Andre's species, he was so furious with them that he could not remain impartial enough to pass judgement on them, hence Midnight's and Pyre's direct intervention. Despite the planet being blown up he managed to save two thirds of the population. With Einera's help he was able to rehabilitate The Mad One's surviving followers, much to his relief.
The whereabouts of the Mad One's body remains unknown, thus they have been unable to piece the planet back together for fear of him becoming embedded in the fabric of the planet's life. For now, the debris stands as a testement to the folly of the arrogant and warning to those who seek to grasp too far, or worse; come to believe their own press.
He chose the name Jack Frost because it amused him.
