Helena is modeled after the photos of my Nana who was born in Ukraine and came to the US when she was 4 yrs old with my great grandparents.
Praying for all my relatives in Ukraine.
Crown is similar to a traditional flower crown from the Ukraine which can includes sheaves of wheat, roses, sunflowers and cornflowers.
Dress is done with traditional Ukrainian cross stitch pattern
