Description
This sinister mad scientist is hellbent on world domination with her infamous Project: Mars. She can also brainwash people who speak against her and hide her criminal record in an attempt to prevent any obvious suspicion. During her first encounter with Riley during the 2072 Eagle season of the Cyber Racing League, she became her archnemesis. She focused on capturing that green-haired girl and brainwashing her into submission, but that failed and during one final encounter, she was possessed by her now-complete Project: Mars. It turned her into a cyborg. After she was defeated by Riley, Nick, and Abigal, Project: Mars was stopped for good and Emily was arrested and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
