Mistress Kate Shadow from the anime Shadow House.
One of my favorite underrated anime.
Having these characters be just blank, faceless voids is not only such an interesting concept, it also makes the job of illustrators, animators, and 3D model makers (me) a lot easier when it comes to certain details like hair and face, since there is none.
