Now she was on first mission with the team the wild cards her team she was left for dead & felt betrayed buy her former team mates she left the organization.
Iris only came back after she found out she has a brother in her life something she always wanted in her life she became the teams therapist.

Explanation
She can see into the future in battle.
Plus she can conjure up spirits of enemies she herself has defeated in combat she doesn't have to necessarily end them.
Now if she fights them again and defeats them at a higher level with new abilities the spirit will level up
and get the new abilities.
Cmdr. D and Iris both have these powers.
Iris uses that of a cannon that fires out fiery arrows that burn at the temperature of at of 5,469 Fahrenheit
Second feature of the Canon is a charge shot into the sky it will activate a magical seal that rains down fiery arrows in an unpredictable pattern but will be locked on to her enemies position.
