Remade Malfoy from scratch with my reinterpretation of her Lore.
Her name being Dracaena (pronounced druh·sen·nuh) is the best fit. It ticks all the proper boxes: Means female dragon, botanical like her mother's name, rolls of the tung, etc.
Also the left hair part is inherited from her father, along with hair color and texture.
The 90's Wizarding world were an anachronistic mix of Edwardian fashion and magepunk aethetics. She is the 1st-born daughter of a Pureblood lineage;
The Straight Hair is a simple charm, but much of her fashion, like her excessively tailored cloak and makeup are Edwardian; Powder foundation, crimson lips and Robe tweaks denote her as a Highborn Witch.
Also added an extra blendshape 'spell' that she could learn to change heir eye-color to Green.
