道化師人形『ユゥイ・クラウン』の姉妹人形として作られたとされる道化師人形。ユゥイが犬なのにたいしてティエカは猫がモチーフになっている。
何時頃からいるのかはよくわかっておらず、ある時から一緒にいるのが見られるようになった。
見た目同様その行動は猫のように気まぐれでよくユゥイの方が振り回されていたりする。
