VROID MODEL: Unzip File > Open VRoid Studio > Top Right Corner: Open > Find XXX.vroid.
VROID ITEM: Unzip File > Open VRoid Studio > Open Any Model/Character > Top Left Corner: Import Custom Item
VRM FILE: Open file XXX.vrm in any tracking software.
[I am unable to help you in regards to tracking software, but I 100% recommend Warudo]
