鬼族との戦乱で、人々を守るため巨大な結界を張り続けた桜乃宮家の始祖。
その優しさは誰よりも深く、怒った姿を見た者はいないといわれるほど穏やかな性格。しかし少しお茶目な一面もあり、若い狐娘の悪戯を笑顔で受け入れ、時には一緒に悪戯をしたりしていた。
彼女が命を懸けて守り抜いた土地はのちに「桜守町（おうもりちょう）」と呼ばれるようになり、今なお春になると桜が美しく咲き誇る。
