Boothで .vroid ファイルを無料配布しています。VRoid studio 正式版でカスタマイズできます。髪型→つけ毛 で飾りを動かしたり、追加、削除などして下さい。テクスチャを自分のモデルに張り替えるなども面白いと思います。カスタマイズした物の配布可です。
