１０歳の頃、黒い翼を見せることがないように言いつけられていたクロトは、村の子供たちから心無い言葉を受け一人で暮らすことを決意。
村はずれの滝に住み着いた。
両親はすでに亡くなっており、ノアが育ての親である。
森の中でシエルと出会い、隠していたはずの翼を見られてしまい、そこから運命の歯車が回りだす。
・リアノが母で、村人の目から避けるため１０歳の頃から人里離れた森の奥にある滝にできた大きな洞窟に住んでいる。
・村での育ての親はノアであり、敵から隠されて育ったため、本来の家系とは無関係な生活をしている。
・黒い翼を持ち、背中にアルテスタ家の家紋である赤い刻印がある。
・父と母の力を受け継ぎ、水と炎の力を宿す。
