She's cute!
The personality of a nekomata often reflects the personality it had when it was a normal cat. There are stories of nekomata who hold grudges against humans and curse them, and there are also stories of nekomata who take on human form and look after their owners out of love. Unfortunately, I have never seen a cat with an extra tail.
