An annoying complainer and panicking horse over the littlest things but steps in to her role as a rescuer for the survivors, Unilla is a member of the LDA assigned to Team VIDEO. She can be cold and sassy when it comes to survivors who refuse to be reasonable or can't be reasoned with due to panic and fear, but shows that she can do her job right if the survivors have enough courage to press through to survive. Unilla will become agitating because she either forgot her other shoes or sees a sale happening despite the chaos ensuing within New Raccoon City. She wears the same face paint as Vipus', her boyfriend, as a reminder of their romantic commitment with one another as they depart in separate missions.
