アトランタ級3番艦のサンディエゴです。
猫っぽいアトランタ級の中でも特に猫要素が強い彼女。
史実では目立った活躍がなかったようですが、従軍星章授与数はかなり多かったようで、安定性と運のある艦だったようです。
原作ゲーム中ではアトランタ級に恥じぬ対空の高さで、未改造ながらもそれなりに活躍してくれるでしょう。
ただ、やはり猫っぽいので、寒い日は基地で丸くなるようです。
尻尾を掴むと痛いらしいので彼女とじゃれ合うときは要注意！？
